About

I spent years haunting bookstores, searching for stories I couldn't quite name. I wanted fiction that showed what comes after the epiphany - characters who took their hard-won wisdom and actually did something with it. I wanted to see people like me navigating cultural complexity not as a burden but as an opportunity for creative synthesis. I wanted beautiful prose that also helped me live better.

When I couldn't find enough of these stories, I started writing them. In the process, I discovered I wasn't creating something new - I was recognizing something already emerging. Integration Fiction is simply the name I gave to the stories I'd been searching for all along.

This site documents that discovery. Through systematic analysis of contemporary short stories, I explore how literature is naturally evolving beyond recognition narratives toward stories that show characters actively transforming their lives through conscious integration of past and present.
